At BDF BuyDecorativeFilm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your window film purchase. If your selection doesn't perfectly match your home's aesthetic, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of receipt with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Product

  Ensure the window film is in its original, unused condition and rolled securely in its original protective packaging to prevent creasing during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned film for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
