How do I apply the window film to my glass surfaces?
All our films are designed for a 'wet' application. You will need a spray bottle with water and a tiny drop of dish soap, a squeegee, and a utility knife. Detailed instructions are included with every order to ensure a bubble-free finish.
Can your solar control films be used on double-pane windows?
Most of our solar films are safe for double-pane windows; however, we recommend checking the specific product details for 'Heat Absorption' ratings to prevent thermal stress on the glass.
What is the difference between professional-grade and standard film?
BDF's professional-grade films are thicker, have a more durable scratch-resistant coating, and utilize superior adhesive technology for a longer lifespan compared to standard retail alternatives.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days for delivery.
What is your return policy for cut-to-size films?
We accept returns on unopened, full-length rolls within 30 days. Please note that custom-cut lengths may be subject to a restocking fee as they are tailored to specific dimensions.
Is the film easy to remove if I am a renter?
Yes, our adhesive-based films can be removed without damaging the glass. Any residual adhesive can be easily cleaned off with soapy water and a glass-safe scraper.
